Law 6-97; D.C. Official Code §§ 50-301.07(c) (2) (3), (7), (10), (19), and (20), 50-309.02, 50-301.13, 50-301.19, and 50-301.29 (2014 Repl. & 2016 Supp.)), and D.C. Official Code § 47-2829 (b), (d), (e), (e-1), and (i) (2015 Repl.).
