Law 6-97; D.C. Official Code §§ 50-307(c)(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (7), (10), (12), (13), (17), (18), (19), 50-313, 50-319, 50-320 and 50-325 (2012 Repl. & 2013 Supp.).
