Editor's Note : Notice of Final Rulemaking published at 58 DCR 9514 (November 11, 2011) repealed and replaced the previously existing with a new chapter 13 (Publicizing Contract Actions) which amended sections 1300 and 1301, and added sections 1302 through 1308.
