Official Code § 8-151.10); Sections 6016 and 6019b of the Lead Service Line Priority Replacement Assistance Act of 2004, effective December 7, 2004 (D.C. Law 15-205; D.C. Official Code §§ 34-2155 and 34-2159); Section 203(15) of the Water and Sewer Authority Establishment and Department of Public Works Reorganization Act of 1996, effective April 18, 1996 (D.C. Law 11-111; D.C. Official Code § 34-2202.03(15)); and Mayor’s Order 2006-61, dated June 14, 2006, and in consultation with the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority.
