Official Code §§ 50-904 and 50-905 (2012 Repl.)) and Sections 6, 7 and 8a of the District of Columbia Traffic Act of 1925, approved March 3, 1925 (43 Stat. 1121,1125; D.C. Official Code §§ 50-2201.03, 50-1401.01 and 50-1401.03 (2012 Repl)).
