Authority : Section 2 of the New and Used Tire Dealer License Act of 2012, effective April 23, 2013 (D.C. Law 19-279; D.C. Official Code § 47-2832.02, 60 DCR 2122), Section 2002(l) of the Second Omnibus Regulatory Reform Amendment Act of 1998, April 20, 1999 (D.C. Law 12-261; D.C. Official Code § 47-2851.20 (2012 Repl.)), and Sections 104 and 105 of the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs Civil Infractions Act of 1985, effective October 5, 1985 (D.C. Law 6-42; D.C. Official Code §§ 2-1801.04 and 2-1801.05 (2012 Repl.).
