Official Code § 3-1203.02(14) (2016 Repl.)); Mayor's Order 86-110 (33 DCR 5220 (August 22, 1986)); and the LGBTQ Cultural Competency Continuing Education Amendment Act of 2016, effective April 6, 2016 (D.C. Law 21-95; 63 DCR 2203 (February 26, 2016)).
