Official Code §§ 2-1801.04(a)(1) and 2-1801.05) (2016 Repl.), Section 4902 (a) and (b) of the Department of Health Functions Clarification Act of 2001, effective October 3, 2001 (D.C. Law 14-28; D.C. Official Code § 7-731(a)(10) and (b)) (2018 Repl.), and Mayor’s Order 2004-46(2) and (3)(v), dated March 22, 2004.
