Official Code § 2 505(c) (2016 Repl.)).

Editor's Note : Z.C. Case No. 14-13E (published at 68 DCR 013834 (December 24, 2021)) was decided prior to Z.C. Case No. 19-13 (published at 67 DCR 12690 (October 30, 2020)) by the Zoning Commission. Therefore, Section 11-G1102 shall remain repealed as stated in Z.C. Case No. 19-13.
