Authority : Unless otherwise noted, the authority for this chapter is An Act to create a board for the condemnation of Insanitary buildings in the District of Columbia, and for other purposes, approved May 1, 1906, as amended by An Act approved August 8, 1954, P.L. 682, 68 Stat. 884, ch. 1032, D.C. Code ยง5-701 (1981); and Part Ill of Organizational Order No. 102, Commissioners' Order 54-2034, 1 DCR 75 (October 11, 1954).
